1. Design Drafting: First, we will confirm the size, content, product craftsmanship, material, etc. with you in the form of graphics and text.

 

2. Prototyping: We will develop the prototype according to the quality and requirements of your physical sample. After making the prototype, we will send photos and videos to you for confirmation. If there are errors, we will revise and produce a new prototype for your confirmation again.

 

3. Final Confirmation: Once all prototypes are correct, we will send them to you via express delivery for final confirmation.

 

4. Document/Sample Requirement: You need to provide the design draft, physical sample, etc.

 

5. Sample Delivery for Confirmation: We can send the samples to your supplier contacts in China free of charge, and they can then send them to you together via international express.

1. The cost for prototyping development is $20-$50, which will be refunded when you place a large-order shipment.

 

2. Freight is generally sent via international express, borne by your party, with costs referenced to DHL international shipping rates. We can also send the prototype to your factory anywhere in Mainland China free of charge.

 

3. Prototyping time takes approximately 5-10 days; conventional items such as woven labels, hang tags, care labels, leather cards, and printed stickers can be completed within 5-7 days.

 

4. For prototyping documents, we use AI, PDF, or CDR formats.

 

5. For small-batch sample orders (e.g., 100-200 pieces), we usually produce them directly during the prototyping stage, with the cost being $20-$50 (same as the prototyping price).
